About Us

The LINEN founding team has deep experience building Sales Compensation systems and Sales and Finance processes for Silicon Valley's technology companies including Google, Cisco. Intuit, VMware, and many others. Seeing several companies having to build custom solutions for ‘common problems’ across sales organizations of many growing companies, we decided to build our own to fill some key gaps in the Sales Performance Management space.

On the Sales process side, our expertise includes running Sales Operations and Sales Finance organizations with experience setting up Territory & Quotas, Comp Plans, Long Range Strategic Planning, TAM calculations, Partner Compensation, etc.

On the Systems side, we have significant expertise in compensation & CRM technologies including Oracle (Territory Manager, Incentive Compensation and Resource Manager), Anaplan, Callidus, Xactly, and Salesforce.

We have expertise in building complex compensation architecture, supporting Direct sales, Overlays, Partner/Channel Compensation, Sales Territories, Hierarchies, Sales & Finance Planning Systems, Goal Setting, Quota Management, Sales Crediting etc. We also have an all-star integration team that has skillfully merged compensation systems with enterprise IT architecture; be it On-Prem to Cloud, Cloud to Cloud or Cloud to On-Prem.
